WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE FOR ZETS JEWELRY DESIGNS?

We use different kinds of top quality natural and synthetic materials. Most used material is 316 Stainless Steel. We never use leather or fur.

WHAT SIZE OF NECKLACE/BRACELET SHOULD I CHOOSE FOR MYSELF?

All items listed on this website are designed for women, unless otherwise stated, but we consider them to be unisex. Most designes, except rings, are made with the “fit all sizes” principle in mind. Hower, it is possible that some people could have problems with the size of the bracelet they buy. If you consider your hand and wrist to be average you most probably won’t have any problems wearing your Zets Jewelry piece. If you have any doubts please contact us before you purchase.

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge, except shipping and handling. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY OF MY ORDER TAKE?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT SHIPPING BEFORE I DECIDE TO PURCHASE?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart, as well as your location. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click “Update Your Cart Total”.

Shipping worldwide by Croatian post registered priority mail (airmail to other continents). We will ship items within 2-5 business days after payment (except for more complex designs like custom made Avatars). Each shipment can be followed with the tracking number (not available to all countries).

Once we deliver the merchandise to the carrier, you will asume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are also responsible for any additional taxes and duties. If you decide to refuse any shipments, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and the returned shipments), and the cost of returning the shipment to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Please allow 10-60 days for items to arrive.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes You can. Be sure to check your tracking number on Paypal. All orders can be tracked here.

ONLINE PURCHASES 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept items for exchange or refund within 14 days. All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Orders received after 15 days will not be accepted for return or exchange. All unique, personalized and custom products are final sale.

Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Some exclusions may apply.
